Preparation Before Use
XL-APC is stored in ammonium sulfate solution. Therefore, XL-APC needs to be re-suspended until no visible precipitates. Firstly, it must be extensively dialyzed prior to use or column to remove any remaining ammonium sulfate. Use PBS or your conjugation buffer (1 ml of XL-APC to 1 liter of buffer) to dialyze at least two changes of buffer.
